The group is for family members or others affected by the serious mental illness of someone close to them. The group will offer a safe space for people to come together in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Members can alleviate stress and gain support through meeting at, working on and tending to an allotment and there is also a shed where members can meet to create and share artwork. The group will signpost information, knowledge and skills and offer a space where members can share experiences.

We are a peer-led support group for the carers, family members and friends of people with lived experience of mental illness. We also welcome people living with mental illness who wish to attend, as both sets of people share similar issues. We have two groups running - one virtual and one face to face. Our virtual meeting runs on the 2nd Monday of each month. Our face to face meeting runs on the 4th Monday of each month . Every month, we try to arrange for a guest speaker to talk to the group about their specialist area but always leave time for people to share concerns and receive support.
