Green Health at Daventry is a unique group that offers people living with mental illness the opportunity to get involved in horticulture projects. Our group is run by friendly and knowledgeable people, meets weekly and helps members improve their wellbeing in a therapeutic and non-judgmental environment. Members develop knowledge and awareness of horticulture and its benefits on health. We also organise social opportunities, such as a meal out at Christmas. Moms Mindful Hub is a group working to support the wellbeing of mothers from across the Dudley borough. The group aims to combat social isolation by helping members build social networks and gain help through peer support meetings and organised walks which parents and carers can attend with their children.
