Our advice and information telephone service is open from 1pm to 4pm, and our webchat service is open from 9:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Outside of these hours, please use the contact email below.
Christmas opening hours:
Rethink Mental Illness Advice line is open from 9:30am – 1:00pm Monday - Friday on the following dates in December:
• 17th, 24th, 29th, 30th, 31st.
Our webchat service remains open as usual during this period, 10am – 1pm.
The service is still closed on bank holidays.
