We meet weekly on Wednesdays from 09:30am and depart approximately 09:45am.
Group Coordinator: Karl
We aim to combine traditional peer support with physical activity to improve the mental wellbeing of our members. The group will go on a different walk each week, around the local area to improve fitness and confidence and build friendships.
We appreciate that public transport can sometimes be late. If you are planning to come along, please message us so that we know to wait for you.
