Devon Supported Housing is an individualised support service funded by Devon Partnership Trust. It offers housing related support to people with low to medium support needs, leaving a hospital or residential setting. We work closely with Service Users to ensure the support they receive is of the highest quality and is right for them. Gloster Road is a supported living service providing accommodation with support commissioned by Devon Partnership Trust NHS and Devon County Council. We have a friendly, mixed-gender team of Mental Health Recovery Workers who provide 1:1 support to our clients, as well as hosting various group activities and outings.
