Useful contacts this Christmas

We want to make sure you have the support you need, when you need it this Christmas. While Rethink services, groups and helplines are available for you during the festive season, we unfortunately do not have the capacity to be open on Christmas day.

To counteract this, we have compiled some useful contacts for you to reach out to should you need to.

Please call 111 for non-emergency medical help and 999 for emergencies.

CLIC is our very own free online community here to support everyone with their mental health. You can talk to and get advice from others who maybe experiencing something similar to you. It is available everyday and moderated for your health and safety between 8am and 10pm.
