World Mental Health Day will be on October 10, 2020. The goal is to help raise mental health awareness and each of us can make a contribution to ensure that people dealing with mental health problems can live better lives with dignity.

Hosted by the World Federation of Mental Health, World Mental Health Day (WMHD) celebrates awareness for the global community in an empathetic way, with a unifying voice, helping people feel hopeful by empowering them to take action and create lasting change. It invited both charities and individuals to think about the ways they can bring change and to share a message of hope and recovery. 

The theme for the 2020 WMHD has yet to be announced but we will update this page with more details are they are released.
