Rethink Activity for support groups.
Physical activity benefits not only our physical health, but our mental health too. Rethink Mental Illness is delivering a Sport England funded project to help new and existing peer support groups introduce physical activity to their members and help them work towards being active for at least 30mins per week. If you’re interested in finding out more about the project, or you’re keen to start offering physical activity opportunities to people severely affected by mental through an existing group or setting up a new group, then get in touch .
