IPS (individual placement support) employment service, supporting people experiencing severe mental illness into employment. Also, we offer job retention service for people in employment who are at risk due to their mental illness. We are also part of the ESF funded Connect Me group of partners offering employment support to people with mental health issues in the city. We offer a supported employment service to people who are in or have been part of Secondary Mental Health Services, people who are unemployed or inactive, to help them find employment. We also support a small number of people who are in employment and are struggling because of a mental illness. We also host a weekly drop in, Thursdays 10.30-12.30 at our centre and hold regular social events for people isolated in the community

Our Rethink Brent Mental Health Service offers Community navigation service to young adults aged 16-25 years. We provide emotional and practical support to improve your recovery journey. The service is funded by Central North West London NHS Trust (CNWL) who we work in close partnership with delivering the service. Services we offer: We can support you with benefits, housing, employment, education and support you to access Brent community Services. We will work with you as an individual & offer a tailored service to meet your needs.
