Sheffield Mental Health Navigator

Rethink Mental Illness in Sheffield is now able to offer Outreach intervention. The intervention includes up to 6 weeks of additional support for individuals that have been discharged from the Crisis House, helping to resolve the causes of the original crisis and implement plans to avoid future crisis. Support is provided face-to-face, by telephone, or through a mixture of the two.

Doncaster Crisis Accommodation

Doncaster Crisis Accommodation provides short-term accommodation for people experiencing a mental health crisis. The service has 4 beds, which can be accessed for a maximum of 7 nights, during which time staff will provide emotional and practical support over a 24 hour period to assist people using the service to resolve their crisis. The service works in partnership with the statutory Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team. The service also provides a 24 hour helpline which provides support and information relating to mental health issues.

Field View Crisis accommodation offers 3 Crisis beds and 2 Respite beds for people experiencing mental health problems or mental illness. It provides support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The maximum stay for Crisis beds is 7 nights. The service also provides a telephone support service, Lincsline, for anyone affected by mental health issues in North East Lincolnshire. This is available 5pm-9am Monday to Friday and 24 hours on weekends and bank holidays.
