I want to talk to someone for emotional support

This information tells you how you can get emotional support for your mental health. It is for people who are 18 or over and live in England.

It can help to talk about how you feel. You can talk to trusted people in your life. But there are also helplines you can call who will listen to you without judging you.

Sharing your problems can be helpful to manage your feelings. Often people on helplines will have their own experiences of mental health issues.
