Trauma Informed Peer Support Group - North Essex (Tips NE)
Services and Groups |Last updated: 03/07/2024
We are a supportive, peer-led group of people who have a lived experience of trauma. Trauma can be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual and it comes from a range of experiences. We understand that the lived experience is different for everyone and therefore the impact that trauma can leave is different for everyone. No judgement. Confidential. Understanding. Connection. Support. Hope. Growth. Happiness. Nobody should have to go through challenging times alone so we come together to share TIPS and coping strategies, so we can build resilience and grow a brighter future. The group will offer a safe space for people in the Dovercourt and Harwich area to come together in a relaxed environment. Alone we may be strong but together we are stronger.
