Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap Report
We recognise that pay gaps are shaped by wider structural inequalities, including who has access to opportunity, progression and security at work.
That’s why we are committed not only to transparency, but to using our data to drive meaningful change. Alongside our gender pay gap reporting, we are pleased to be expanding our approach to include ethnicity pay gap reporting from 2025/2026, enabling us to take a more intersectional view of equity within our organisation. Our reports are available below
- Gender Pay Gap Report for 2025/26
- Gender Pay Gap Report for 2024/25
- Ethnicity Pay Gap Report for 2025/26
Our latest report reflects an important step forward in our approach, bringing together both gender and ethnicity data to support a deeper understanding of equity across our organisation. This includes recognising intersectionality and how different aspects of identity can overlap and shape people’s experiences at work. We will be using this insight to take more targeted, meaningful action to reduce disparities and improve outcomes for our staff.
