Shipley Lodge is a 16-bed single-level building for male and female clients. It provides a welcoming, clean and comfortable environment with facilities that support recovery and increasing independence. Residents have own bedroom with en-suite wet room. There are communal kitchens, bathrooms with baths & various living and dining areas. There is a home kitchen and laundry, but people are supported to use the independent facilities as much as they are able. Every room has a ‘nurse call button’ and there are call points throughout the home. We encourage people to make their rooms their own with personal items and choices about décor. Shipley Lodge is in the Derbyshire market town of Heanor, where there is a wide variety of shops a large supermarket and a shopping complex. Shipley Lodge is close to Shipley Country Park which has a visitor center, coffee shops, wildlife garden, children’s play areas, an events field & fishing ponds. Other leisure and education services and places of worship can all be found nearby. There are regular bus services to Ripley, Derby and Nottingham. The closest train station is a little over a mile away at Langley Mill with direct services to Nottingham. Rated Good By CQC

The service comprises of three elements: long-term and short-term accommodation, and tenancy support.
The long-term housing service has 6 self-contained flats at our site in Derby City. The site includes a large Communal Area. Tenants receive up to 10 hours support per week depending on need. This is available weekdays 9am-5pm.
This short-term supported housing has 6 properties providing up to 18 months support to people with a mental health and homeless background.
Our Tenancy Support helps individuals in their own homes and runs weekdays 9am- 5pm. 10 hours of support, depending on need, are provided per person and covers Derby City.

Rethink Mental Illness in Sheffield is now able to offer Outreach intervention. The intervention includes up to 6 weeks of additional support for individuals that have been discharged from the Crisis House, helping to resolve the causes of the original crisis and implement plans to avoid future crisis. Support is provided face-to-face, by telephone, or through a mixture of the two.
The Sheffield Crisis House provides short term support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crisis. The service is accessible to adults aged 18 and above, and has 6 beds with communal areas such as kitchen, lounge, and garden. The service is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and staff work in partnership with Sheffield Health and Social Care.
Individuals can seek emotional support and guidance throughout their crisis and utilise staff to help develop or re-engage with coping strategies, and daily activities. Support is always person-centred and designed to improve the safety and wellbeing of the individual.
Referrals to the Crisis House can be made via community mental health teams (CMHTs) and directly from Liaison Psychiatry at the hospital. We do not accept self-referrals, but support is available via the Rethink Emotional Support Helpline. Please see the number below
