The service comprises of three elements: long-term and short-term accommodation, and tenancy support. The long-term housing service has 11 self contained flats distributed over two sites in Derby City; one site with a Communal Area. Tenants receive 10 hours support per week depending on need. This is available weekdays 9am-5pm. There is also access to Rethink Derbyshire Focusline between 5pm-9pm Monday to Friday and 24hrs at weekends. The short term supported housing has 6 properties providing up to 18 months support to people with a mental health and homeless background. Our Tenancy Support helps individuals in their own homes and runs weekdays 9am- 5pm. 10 hours of support, depending on need, are provided per person and covers Derby City. Support is offered with budgeting, shopping, daily living skills, form filling, hobbies and interests, further education, and return to work (paid or voluntary).
