The site includes a large Communal Area. Tenants receive up to 10 hours support per week depending on need. This is available weekdays 9am-5pm. This short-term supported housing has 6 properties providing up to 18 months support to people with a mental health and homeless background. Our Tenancy Support helps individuals in their own homes and runs weekdays 9am- 5pm. 10 hours of support, depending on need, are provided per person and covers Derby City.

Derwent Lodge is a 16-bed single-level building for male and female clients. It provides a welcoming, clean and comfortable environment with facilities that support recovery and increasing independence. Residents have own bedroom with en-suite wet room. There are communal kitchens, bathrooms with baths & various living and dining areas. There is a home kitchen and laundry, but people are supported to use the independent facilities as much as they are able. Every room has a ‘nurse call button’ and there are call points throughout the home. We encourage people to make their rooms their own with personal items and choices about décor. Derwent Lodge is close to the centre of Derby in the residential area of Chaddesden. There are small local shops a short walk away and numerous buses into the city center, providing ready access to the beautiful towns and countryside of Derbyshire and the Peak District. There are also bus services to Chaddesden centre with its shops, pubs and large park. Rated Good By CQC
