We campaign for systemic change. We challenge stigma. We fight for a better quality of life for everyone affected by severe mental illness. Last year:
- 84% of people said our services improved their quality of life.
- 93% would recommend our services to others.
- 24,569 people were supported one-to-one across our services in 2024/25.

- Volunteers in our Peer Support Groups contribute an estimated £528,216 of value every year.
- Our crisis services prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and provide life-saving support.
- Our Advice and Information service and our helplines save people time, money and stress by helping them navigate complex systems such as housing, benefits and debt.
