Moultrie Road provides a 7 bedded, 24 hour staffed nursing service offering rehabilitation and support to people with severe mental illness. Individuals can be supported to move on into more independent accommodation with the option of move on into our CQC registered Supported Living Service. This service can be provided in one of our 3 bedded properties or in independent accommodation.

Sheffield Outreach Service provides support to adults living with mental health problems in their own homes and around the community of Sheffield. Support is delivered according to a person-centred and collaborative care plan, and individualised to each client. This can be short-term focused support, up to longer-term to provide ongoing support. Mental Health Recovery Workers support individuals on a 1:1 basis to wok towards recovery and promote independence, by setting goals and providing both practical and emotional support. Workers provide emotional support to manage and maintain mental wellbeing.
