North Devon Supported Living Community Outreach
Housing
Our North Devon Community Outreach service are a team of Mental Health Recovery Workers providing mental health support to those in their own homes in the community. We provide weekly support to those with a support package through Devon Partnership Trust NHS and Devon County Council. We provide recovery based support to meet the needs of the individual.
