- Coordinate safer recruitment and pre employment checks, including Right to Work, DBS/PVG/Access NI, references and occupational health
- Work in partnership with Operations and L&D to support smooth, timely and values led onboarding
Inclusion, experience and continuous improvement
- Champion equity, accessibility and fairness across recruitment activity
- Ensure reasonable adjustments and inclusive selection practices are embedded throughout
- Contribute to employer branding, outreach and engagement with talent communities
- Use recruitment data and insight to improve candidate experience, diversity outcomes and process effectiveness continuously
- Coach and support hiring managers in inclusive and safer recruitment practices
About you

Knowledge of local services across Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon and Westminster would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
Why work for Rethink?
- Meaningful work that makes a real impact
- Supportive management and regular supervision
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- A strong commitment to wellbeing, diversity and inclusion
- The chance to shape recovery focused practice within mental health services

- Building strong working relationships with professionals, carers and partner agencies.
- Keeping accurate, person centred records on our case management system.
- Identifying safeguarding concerns and raising alerts appropriately.
- Managing your own time and visits effectively as a field based worker.

- You’re empathetic, non judgemental, and passionate about people’s rights.
- You can communicate with individuals who may have a range of communication needs.
- You’re organised, curious, and proactive about developing your knowledge.
- You’re confident using IT and managing your own workload.
- You can travel across Camden & Islington to visit clients and attend training.
Your development matters
From day one you’ll be supported with
- A structured training pathway
- Shadowing, mentoring, and reflective practice
- Regular supervision
- Opportunities to learn across different advocacy remits
