Rethink Mental Illness deliver talking therapies and specialist mental health through the gate support for individuals residing in HMP Kirklevington Grange. Talking therapies are delivered in line with Step 1 – 2 of the NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT) model and include interventions from Wellbeing Coaches, PWP’s and Counsellors. In addition we provide specialist wellbeing coach support for young adults.
Our provision in HMP Kirklevington Grange is delivered as a subcontract with Tees, Esk and Wear Valley Foundation Trust and together we provide an integrated and holistic mental health provision. Our partnership with TEWV is part of the Reconnected to Health provision, led by Spectrum CIC with Humankind as a specialist substance misuse partner.
Individuals can self refer or be directly referral by a health professional.
