44 Wilton Road is a CQC registered residential home in Salisbury, its location is quiet but close to local amenities. The home can accommodate up to eight clients with a private bedroom and shared amenities. The service is designed for people who are experiencing mental illness and require transitional support to rebuild their skills to move on to independent living. The aim is to achieve this within 2 years.

We aim to provide a welcoming, safe, non-judgemental environment which is conducive to the personal growth and wellbeing of our residents. Our person-centred way of working considers all aspects of resident’s lives, rather than focusing solely on their diagnosis. We work collaboratively with agencies and services in the community and involve the resident in their own recovery.

Each resident has a ‘key worker’ who supports the individual to achieve goals using a person-centred approach. These could include accessing the community and building social networks, accessing education, work or volunteering opportunities, improving daily-living skills, managing their own medication and working to improve self-confidence. This involves the use of regularly reviewed support plans tailored to personal needs and wishes.
