Found the course very interesting and informative. Really enjoyed it and learnt a lot. Eager to put into practice what I have learnt in my personal life and in my role as a manager.

Mental Health in the Workplace for Managers

Honestly one of the best mental health courses I've been on. Much more detailed than I expected, I already thought I knew a lot about mental health, particularly having had mental health issues myself, but this course really made me think and gave me new knowledge.
