WHAT DOES THE HELPLINE PROVIDE? Lincsline is an emotional support telephone helpline. We cover the N.E Lincolnshire area and support callers from 16 upwards. We provide support to people who are in crisis due to their mental health. We also provide information on mental health issues, signposting and emotional support. If English is not your first language we can arrange to speak to you in your own language through an interpreter. WHEN ARE YOU OPEN? - We are open Monday to Friday 5pm-9am and on bank holidays we are open 24 hours a day. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? Calls to our number are free from landlines and mobile phones. Our number will not show on your bill. HOW DO I CONTACT YOU? Our number is - 0808 800 1010. IS THE SERVICE CONFIDENTIAL? - Our service is confidential. We do not pass on information except in exceptional circumstances, for example, if we feel there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person. This is because of our duty of care to you and others. If we need to break your confidentiality we will, where possible tell you and explain the reasons why.

Life can get really tough sometimes, but talking can help. We have a highly trained and experienced team available 24/7 to provide expert support no matter what you are going through. The service is free to use, confidential and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is for people aged 16+ in Kent and Medway. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH ? - Don’t suffer in silence: Call 0800 107 0160, send us a webchat by clicking on the purple webchat box on the right hand side of your screen or text the word KENT to 85258 WHEN ARE YOU OPEN? - The helpline is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. HOW OFTEN CAN I CALL? - You can call or webchat the helpline for a maximum of 20 minutes per day. If you need more frequent support than this, then we will be able to signpost you to other forms of support HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST ? - The helpline phone number is free to call from landlines and mobiles and webchat is free to use from any laptop, tablet or mobile. WHAT IS PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH? - You might feel sad, hopeless or unable to cope. Many people experience this before or during pregnancy, or in the first 2 years after becoming a parent. But if these feelings last longer than 2 weeks or have a big impact on your day-to day life then you could need help with your perinatal mental health. WHO IS THE HELPLINE FOR? - Anyone can experience perinatal mental health problems. This includes mums, dads, partners and carers in Kent and Medway. So, if things don't feel quite right, talk to us. HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH - Call 0800 107 0160 and press Option 2, or send us a webchat by clicking on the purple webchat box on the right hand side of your screen, this will only be visible when we are open. HOW OFTEN CAN I CALL? - You can call or webchat the helpline for a maximum of 20 minutes per day. Black Country 24/7 Urgent Mental Health Helpline

WHAT WE OFFER: Our service offers a free 24/7 helpline for people in The Black country (Dudley, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and Walsall) who require support on urgent mental health concerns. Trained mental health support staff are on hand to answer calls from members of the public. We tailor our response to each caller's situation. Our first response will be to try to avoid the need for a clinical intervention where possible; however, we are working alongside NHS clinical staff who can give support or take ownership of calls where this is needed. This may include: 1) Listening, and guidance 2) Practical support ideas 3) De-escalation of crisis 4) Encouragement to explore self-help options 5) Community-based resources which may be able to help 6) Onward referrals and a follow-up call if required IS THE SERVICE CONFIDENTIAL? - Our service is confidential. WHO WE ARE: CandO (Connect and Offload) support to adults living in Gloucestershire who are experiencing mild to moderate wellbeing difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood, or depression, including support for self-harm. We can also provide support and information to friends, family, carers, and professionals. WHAT WE DO: Our Helpline provides anonymous and confidential person centred wellbeing support through telephone, text, or web chat. Our team will listen to you and help you navigate the most useful support for you at that time – whether this be emotional and or practical support. The team can access a wide variety of online self-care tools and resources, which they can explore with you and if appropriate, signpost you to other sources of support both nationally and within Gloucestershire. HOW OFTEN CAN I ACCESS SUPPORT?: Telephone support calls have a maximum duration of 30 minutes per night, with webchats and texts being available for up to 60 minutes. If English is not your first language we can arrange to speak to you in your language through an interpreter. WHEN ARE YOU OPEN? - The Helpline is available 365 days a year between the hours of 2 pm and 9 pm.
