In partnership with The Wise Group and a range of other partners, we deliver personal wellbeing support services as part of the national Probation Framework. This service covers those being supported by Probation in the Cleveland area in North East England. This service is referred into by Probation staff where they believe individuals they are supporting would benefit from specialised personal wellbeing support as part of the continued rehabilitation journey in the community.
