The service in Bracknell provides a community based support service for adults with mental health needs in the Bracknell Forest locality.
Staff work with individuals using a recovery focused approach, ascertaining their support needs by completing a recovery star which will also includes setting personal goals.
Staff will also support individuals to access mainstream activities i.e. volunteering, education, sports, leisure and arts. They will also support people to access specialist services which may include alcohol and drug services, housing and benefits.
We also publish a monthly newsletter which includes details for groups, community activites, recovery and self management workshops.
How do I access the service?
Access to the service is by referral only - a referral pack can be sent to you upon requests via email@example.com. Information should also be available at your local GP and via your community mental health team who can also refer you direct.
