Our wellness project in Birmingham aims to help you regain your confidence and independence through an eight week self help course. If you struggle to manage your day to day life and want to improve your overall wellbeing then you’ve come to the right place.
The service provides an 8 week, group based, self-help programme; a personal support plan to help you reach your goals; support via an online self-help blog and a texting service; continuous reviews of your progress; support to access education, volunteering roles or employment opportunities; local peer support groups.
We can help you if you have a recognised/diagnosed mental health problem and are aged 18 and over with low to moderate mental health needs. You will need to be registered with a GP within the geographical area. We take referrals from other local organisations, but you can also self-refer if you think you would benefit from the course.
