Description:The group aim to provide carers with emotional and practical support. Speakers will be invited.

Canterbury & Coastal Rethink Carers Support Group

Description:Our group aims to help carers, partners, relatives or friends with a wide range of mental health problems to access help and information. We offer a safe environment where people feel at ease. We hold monthly meetings to talk about the issues that are affecting carers and their loved ones. Alternate meetings we invite speakers to share their level of expertise to a wider audience. We also have a monthly newsletter and we offer telephone support.

Description:The Chatham Music 4 Wellbeing Group is a music appreciation and discussion group. Peer-led sharing their love of music to support and assist with the challenges associated with mental health issues and wellbeing. The group aims to promote positive mental wellbeing. Description:Our group is for women with lived experience of mental health issues and we provide a safe, understanding and non-judgemental space to explore feelings and relationships. You don't need a formal diagnosis to join. It's far more important that you feel you could benefit from the group.
