Description:Our group offers carers the opportunity to share experiences.We offer practical and emotional support to each other. We believe in sharing information and as a part of our group we invite guess speakers along.

We offer a safe environment where people feel at ease. We hold monthly meetings to talk about the issues that are affecting carers and their loved ones. Alternate meetings we invite speakers to share their level of expertise to a wider audience. We also have a monthly newsletter and we offer telephone support.
Description:The Chatham Music 4 Wellbeing Group is a music appreciation and discussion group. Peer-led sharing their love of music to support and assist with the challenges associated with mental health issues and wellbeing. The group aims to promote positive mental wellbeing. Providing peer support and improve awareness of the support available in the local community.
