Mental health info for young people

1 in 10 young people have a mental health diagnosis.

Whether you are experiencing mental health issues, you are worried about someone else, or you are interested in how to stay mentally healthy, there are lots of different ways you can look after your mental health and find support.

This area can help you think about looking after your own mental health, how you can support friends and family if they are experiencing mental health problems and the places where you can get support and advice. You can also get involved and make a difference by volunteering with us!
