We are a peer support group run by carers of those with lived experience of mental illness. We understand the pressure of juggling carers responsibilities with everyday life. We aim to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can share your experiences and coping strategies, and, most importantly, talk freely about how you feel. We hope our group helps to reduce social isolation and enables people to make new friends.

We are an online support group for women experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues, yet you don't need a formal diagnosis to join or benefit from the group. We welcome adults of all ages, including those residing in Hampshire and the neighbouring counties. We use a video platform called Whereby, yet you don't need to download anything or create a Whereby account. We can offer a safe, trusting and non-judgemental space where you can talk, receive and give support, and make new friendships. We understand that it can feel scary meeting online, and joining a group for the first time, yet we are here for you. If you're interested in joining us and would like to find out whether the group may be for you, please contact our Group Coordinator, Vicky Mould.

Do you care for someone with a mental illness and want to talk to someone in a similar situation? We meet once a month for two hours on a Thursday evening to share experiences and learn more about mental illness and navigating the health and social care systems. Occasionally, we invite a speaker to talk at a meeting, for example, we recently heard from an expert on the complexities of medication. Please come along and join us. You will find us ready to listen and share experiences in a safe and confidential space. Our aim is to encourage conversation and help build contacts and friendships. We know how hard it can be to make that first step, so please contact our group coordinators to learn more about us.

We are a peer-led support group for the carers, family members and friends of people with lived experience of mental illness. We also welcome people living with mental illness who wish to attend, as both sets of people share similar issues. Every month, we try to arrange for a guest speaker to talk to the group about their specialist area but always leave time for people to share concerns and receive support.
