Online Group
Our group meets weekly over zoom.
Group Coordinator: Gary
Our group provides an opportunity for men with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) also known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) to come together in a safe, supportive and welcoming space. Our group meets weekly over zoom to socialise, share experiences and offer support and encouragement to one another in a non-judgmental space. We also offer one to one support to our members outside of our regular meeting via zoom or face to face at pre-agreed safe spaces, again to offer support through shared experience, encouragement and sign posting.
I am interested in

We'll send you how you can take part in it, and what we have planned for it (Text TBD)
The MARS BPD Group is a stand-alone group within Rethink Mental Illness and is responsible for its own funding. If you are able please donate - thank you.

We offer friendly support for people with mental illness, whether it's diagnosed or not, and carers are welcome too. We meet for two hours on the second Wednesday of every month, to talk, socialise and do various activities in a safe space. These activities include art and crafts, writing, games, quizzes, listening to guest speakers, and much more. We meet for two hours on the last Saturday of every month (except December) to play ping pong, crazy golf, tumble tower blocks, board games, dominoes, cards and we can sometimes use the garden for outdoor activities. The Mind Body Medicine Yoga Group aims to support those bereaved by the suicide of a loved one through yoga, as they work through their journey after this experience. The sessions are facilitated by a qualified yoga teacher with a specialism in yoga for mental wellbeing and who has lived experience of the loss of a loved one by suicide. The group meets once a meet to practice yoga together. We offer a weekly session in a studio in Highgate which is also available via zoom link for those not able to make it to the venue. Yoga can support our bodies and our minds as we navigate our pathway to live with our changed selves after loss by suicide. Our group is open to all levels.
