Since 2017, Music 4 Wellbeing (M4W) has supported people challenged with mental health illnesses. We are a supportive, peer-led group that operates within a confidential and safe environment. We believe in the promotion of good mental health through discussions and expressing yourself through the playing of music. Our group philosophy has led to group members becoming more creative through exploring rhythms and beats. This has led to a reduction of anxiety and better social connections. If you enjoy music, you will enjoy the group and you don't have to be a musician! If you are attending for the first time, please send us an email to:- music4wellbeinggroup@rethink.org
