We meet on the first Thursday of the month between 10.30am-12.00pm.

We aim to provide support for those with lived experience and family/carers. We offer traditional peer support in a safe and supportive environment to discuss topics/concerns, share knowledge, information and experiences, raise awareness in the local community through campaigning, visiting speakers and fundraising opportunities.
