Group Coordinator: _
Our group offers mutual support and information for carers by getting together and sharing our situations and challenges. Through doing this, we are able to view situations differently, take some of the pressure off of our shoulders and feel less isolated, knowing that others are in similar situations.

We are dedicated to young South Asian women in their 20's and 30's who are suffering with any type of mental health condition. This is a safe, open and most importantly non-judgemental space for us like-minded individuals to get together and discuss what's on our mind - we celebrate the good, share the bad and emphasise with everything in between. We don't have all the answers but we do know good mental health is a journey, one that will only move forward once we start talking about how we really feel. Come along and be part of the change!
