We meet every other week on Wednesday starting on 3rd April 2019 from 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

Group Coordinator: Wafa Saciid

Our group welcomes women who have had a mild to moderate experience of mental illness, who want to improve their physical and mental health through physical activity. Physical activitiy helps to reduce stress and symptoms of mental health conditions. Our peer support activity sessions aim to make you feel good because it releases chemicals known as 'happy hormones' that improves your mood. Contact us to find out more.
