Devon Supported Housing is an individualised support service funded by Devon Partnership Trust. It offers housing related support to people with low to medium support needs, leaving a hospital or residential setting. We work closely with Service Users to ensure the support they receive is of the highest quality and is right for them. Where possible, we try to provide support at a time which best suits the needs of our Service Users. Rethink uses a “Recovery” model of support, encouraging people to manage and control they own recovery as much as possible. Our Gloster Rd house is a five-bedded property situated near the centre of Barnstaple. It is near both bus and train routes and has a good range of shops and amenities close by.
