Rethink Mental Illness deliver talking therapies and specialist mental health through the gate support for individuals residing in HMP Kirkham. Talking therapies are delivered in line with Step 1 – 2 of the NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT) model and include PWP’s and Health and Wellbeing Coaches.
Our provision in HMP Kirkham is delivered as a subcontract with Tees, Esk and Wear Valley Foundation Trust and together we provide an integrated and holistic mental health provision. This subcontract is part of a wider integrated healthcare provision led by Spectrum CIC.
Individuals can self refer or be directly referral by a health professional.
