About us...

A recovery service for people experiencing mental health illness. This service is a collaboration between Recovery College and Rethink Mental Illness, funded by Milton Keynes Council

If you are living inside the borough of Milton Keynes, over the age of 18 and experiencing mental distress this service would be great for you.

Offering a structured or unstructured service which is individually adapted to meet your needs.  

A Recovery Inclusion Coach will work with you to explore which service is best for you.

 

Structured Support

Up to 6 months, One-to-One, personal recovery journey, strengths-based support assessment, as well as building social capital.

 

Unstructured Support

Peer led groups, building social & community networks, strength-based approach, building social capital information & Sign-Posting

Wellbeing Hub’s

Offering 4 main wellbeing hub sessions, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.

Peer Support Volunteers

We also offer support to those wishing to use their experience to volunteer within the service.

Empowering Service Users, Co-Production Opportunities, Continuing & Building their Recovery Journey, Supporting Community Involvement & Engagement, Providing Focus & Structure, Activating & Building Networks, Service Users Community Development, Reducing the Stigma associated with Mental Illness.

As part of the journey, we actively encourage carers to be involved, attending wellbeing hubs and activities, so we bring everyone together sharing the journey.
