The purpose of the health complaints advocacy is to empower and support people to make a complaint about the service that they have received from the NHS, whether directly provided or commissioned by the NHS. The service will be provided to anyone who is a resident of Essex who wishes to make a complaint about a service commissioned or provided by the NHS. This is to include people within secure environments
