To deliver independent advocacy statutory services to the following eligible children and young people receiving social care services to support them when making or intending to make a complaint or representation:
(1) Children and young people aged up to 18 years The provider will deliver independent and confidential advocacy services that are fully accessible to eligible children and young people, receiving a service from Essex Children’s Social Care who are living with the administrative boundaries of Essex and for children in care and care leavers, placed both within and outside administrative boundaries.
(2) Children and young people aged up to 19 years, if they have a disability.
(3) Care leavers aged 18 to 21 and from April 2018 up to 25 years.
