  • Stay Alive App - The Stay Alive app is a suicide prevention resource for the UK, packed full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide. This app is free can be downloaded for Iphone and Android Phones.   • Survivors Of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) - National charity providing peer support and a helpline - Call 0300 111 5065

  • Cruse Bereavement – Helpline and face to face counselling for anyone affected by any kind of bereavement. The helpline is open Monday-Friday 9.30-5pm (excluding bank holidays), with extended hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, when we’re open until 8pm.
