  • Stay Alive App - The Stay Alive app is a suicide prevention resource for the UK, packed full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide. This app is free can be downloaded for Iphone and Android Phones.   • Papryus – Confidential helpline for children and Young People under the age of 35 who are experiencing thoughts of suicide – Call 0800 068 41 41 or text 07860 039967 or email or visit


  • Maytree – A unique residential service for people in suicidal crisis so they can talk about their suicidal thoughts and behaviour. We offer a free 4 night, 5 day one-off stay to adults over the age of 18 from across the UK – Call 020 7263 7070 or visit


  • ChildLine – Helpline for any child under 18 years old, open 24/7 – Call 0800 1111 or visit


  • The Listening Place - The Listening Place offers a warm and welcoming environment; somewhere that individuals can talk openly about their feelings without being judged or being given advice. Call 020 3906 7676 or visit


  • Survivors Of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) - National charity providing peer support and a helpline - Call 0300 111 5065
    9am-9pm Monday to Friday or visit


  • Cruse Bereavement – Helpline and face to face counselling for anyone affected by any kind of bereavement. The helpline is open Monday-Friday 9.30-5pm (excluding bank holidays), with extended hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, when we’re open until 8pm.   • Islington Mind - Mental health support services for people in Islington including a welfare benefit clinic, crisis and peer support, carers group, counselling and psychotherapy.


  • Mind in Haringey - Mental health support services for people in Haringey including counselling, community support, Ex-Services Support, Citizens Advice Drop In and Life Skills Courses such as managing depression and anxiety.


  • Mind in Barnet - mental health support services for people in Barnet including counselling, advocacy, wellbeing support including employment support and social groups


  • Mind in Enfield - mental health support services for people in Barnet including counselling, advocacy, advice on housing and benefits and a wellbeing cafe.


  • Mind in Camden - mental health support services for people in Camden including peer support groups, hearing voices networks, community support services and counselling
