Join our Bake for Mental Health challenge and 'bake a difference' for people living with mental illness. The challenge is to complete a difficult 'show stopper' bake (we'll send you a recipe from our friends at BBC Good Food if you haven't found your own one) and ask for donations to spur you on. All while looking after your own mental wellbeing.
A recent study said that baking improves mood, while 61% said that sharing their bakes with others makes them happy. The report found that baking really is a force for good as it encourages people not only to relax but also has significant social benefits. (Source: Lovefood)
So get baking, raise funds and share with all your friends and family. Whether you're a 'legend in the baking' or you 'knead' a little help, share the results and support people severely affected by mental illness who need our help.
