What we can do for you
HOW WE CAN HELP
If you are considering leaving a gift in your will to Rethink Mental Illness but would like to discuss in more detail the work we do to improve the lives of people affected by mental illness please call Daniel Walshe on 020 7840 3032.
A will for you for free, written by a local solicitor
We have links with a network of solicitors across the country who specialise in writing wills. If you are eligible we will match you with three local solicitors, the decision will then be yours whether you proceed with one of them to write your will for free. Please contact Daniel Walshe to find out if we can match you with a solicitor local to you.

Worried about your loved one managing money matters?
Many carers of people with mental illness worry about the future financial concerns of their loved ones. A discretionary trust may be the answer. Unlike many other types of trust, a discretionary trust allows you to provide for your loved ones finances without affecting their means-tested benefits or entitlements. You can find out more about leaving a discretionary trust on our Rethink Trust Corporation page.
