Tough Mudder. Time to get Muddy for Rethink Mental Illness!
Luke Watkin took on Tough Mudder last year to raise money for a Rethink support group he is part of.
My feelings were of pure adrenaline and determination. I was going to do this, I was going to finish and nothing was going to hold me back or stop me.
Take on a half (5 mile) or full (10-12 mile) Tough Mudder event and feel AWESOME!

So if you want to get mucky, and who doesn't, now is your chance. It's the messiest way to fundraise! Whether you are on your own or part of a team you can join up now.
What to expect when you join our team:

- We will provide information and support in the run up to your event

To take part we ask that each person pay a registration fee of £35. We ask that you raise at least £250 towards our work (Gift Aid not inc).

Have you booked your own place in a Tough Mudder already? If you have your own place in one of the 2019 Tough Mudder events, we would love you to join our team. You'll simply need to email us on email@example.com and we'll send you a fundraising guide, free running top and provide all the support you need before your Tough Mudder.
