Running for us, your way
So you’d like to run for us in an event that is not listed on our website? That’s totally brilliant, we want to hear more! We have people running on our team in all types of races, up and down the country and abroad.
Whether you’re looking to do a 5K run, ultra-marathon, road race or muddy assault course – the decision is yours.
Holly ran the Bristol 10k and said;
I'm really pleased to hear that the money I've raised will go some way towards making a difference. It's been exciting to tick off a personal goal (before I'm 40 next year!) and Rethink Mental Illness is a very deserving charity.
You can use Run for Charity for finding and booking an event near you, at any distance, on any terrain, on any date that suits you.
Then just let us know about your race and our Events Team will be on hand to provide you with training tips, motivational support and fundraising advice.
If you decide to pick your own race and join the Rethink Mental Illness team expect to receive:

Our beneficiaries often tell us that any kind of physical activity can help build their resilience in other ways too. We hope that by taking part in a run you will not only raise funds but also that training for it and taking part in it will also support the overall personal wellbeing of everyone involved, both physically and mentally.
