- Take up 30 mins of any exercise, 3 times a week
- Swap chocolate, crisps and biscuits for carrot sticks

I am an 'on and off' jogger (more off than on) so I thought this would be a great way to motivate me and to raise money for a cause that I'm very passionate about, having had my own lived experience of mental illness. I jogged twice a week for the month of January, come rain or shine, and my fitness levels show a marked improvement, I have a wonderful sense of wellbeing, an amazing amount of support through sponsorship from people. I'd also like to mention my very good friend, Sam - without her, the jogging would have been an awful lot harder, she helped to keep me going - a massive thank you to everyone.
