Perhaps you'd like to join our Tough Mudder team? Or you could choose a cleaner run, a cycle challenge, triathlon, parachute jump, or even a once in a lifetime overseas trek. And if none of that takes your fancy, feel free to find or create your own event - it's entirely up to you!
Is this your year to get fit and healthy? What's important is that you won't only be taking part in a fitness challenge, you'll be raising money and helping us to create a better future for anyone affected by mental illness.
And it doesn't even mean you have to be a fitness buff - perhaps your passion is cake-making, knitting, or something else entirely? Let us know.
