Stories are a great way of learning how others have coped and it can also be helpful to realise that you're not alone; that other people share the experiences, worries and hopes that you have as a sibling of someone affected by mental illness.
It's been amazing to share stories with other siblings. Learning from everyone's experiences and sharing my own has been very valuable for me.
