Talk to others
It can help to talk to other people who share similar experiences. There are lots of ways that you can meet other siblings both online, in our support groups or at a free workshop or event.
Sibling support groups
Our sibling support groups provide a forum for you to talk to other people who have a brother or sister with a mental illness in an open and understanding environment.
