Step Up: University
Step Up: University is a three year coproduction project funded by The Big Lottery's Reaching Communities initiative that uses lived experience as a driver to create training packages for 16-25 year old's looking at how to support your mental health during times of transitions.
Step Up: University is a two-year (2018-2020) co-production project funded by The City Bridge Trust and run by Rethink. The aim of the project is to improve university student mental health across the City of London.
We are working with Universities, Students’ Unions and Student Groups to create and deliver workshops by students, for students. These workshops cover topics from exam stress to LGBTQ+ mental health, to looking after your mental health as a student parent. We combine proven cognitive behavioural therapy techniques with lived student experience to create workshops that really matter.
