Service Evaluation - Satisfaction Feedback
We routinely ask for the feedback from people who use our services, to find out how satisfied they were, what they liked and what we could improve. The satisfaction questionnaire is given to everyone leaving our services and during a 4-week period each year we ask for feedback from those who are using the services currently. This is done to ensure that those who are longer term users of our services (e.g. in residential services) also have the opportunity to have their say. The feedback is used by services to develop plans for how they can further improve and retain or strengthen aspects of the service that works well.
We collate the feedback nationally and produce an annual service satisfaction report.
